Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

At Urban Diggers Pty Ltd (trading as Dnoodle®), we stand by the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for our customers. This document sets out our Shipping, Returns, and Warranty Policy. It complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and your statutory rights.

1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
    • Shipping times vary depending on location and chosen carrier service.
    • Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.
    • Urban Diggers Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses supplied.

2. Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • All returns require prior authorisation with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and with all adhesive components intact (unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law).
    • Due to the adhesive design of TwistLatch and other consumable elements, once packaging has been opened or adhesives have been activated, the product is considered used and cannot be returned unless faulty.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt and inspection.
    • Refund amounts may be reduced for items returned in non-resalable condition.

4. Warranty Policy (3 Years)

Our products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty reflects our confidence in the durability and quality of our designs.

Coverage:
• Manufacturing defects only.
• Excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, improper installation, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Claims Process:
• Customers must contact us with proof of purchase and details/photos of the issue.
• An RMA number will be issued if the claim is valid.
• We reserve the right to repair or replace warranted items at our discretion.
• Warranty does not cover consumable parts such as adhesives once used.

5. Exclusions

We do not accept returns or warranty claims for:
• Customer-induced damage or unauthorised repairs.
• Products used outside their intended purpose.
• Non-faulty items without original packaging.
• General wear, scratching, or scuffing caused by normal use.

6. Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures. For minor issues, we may offer repair or replacement at our discretion.
